Understanding Bipolar Disorder

Image
I believe that most people are familiar with Bipolar disorder, but of course there are people do not know what bipolar is or do not care about the influences of this illness. To be honest, I was one of the people who do not know the importance of understanding bipolar until it happened to one of my family members. It was not good. I can actually say it is really bad or even say that it was the worst thing that had happened in my life.       During the most challenging time of my life when I was facing this huge problem, I searched for the informations of bipolar disorder, desperately wanted to know what I could do for it. Bipolar is known as manic depression, which is a mental disorder that causes periods of depression and elevated mood known as mania. In the throes of mania, people who normally spend eight hours sleeping, may only sleep four hours or even lesser but still wake up energised; during the depressed phase, people ma...

The power of information

For me, the word information is something that would give us guidances in doing something if we use it wisely. Sometimes without information, we are not able to fulfil our tasks or even miss the truths. It is said that "information is power", but it is just partially correct. This has explained that how Hitler lied to German people, misleading them. Fortunately, there were three brave teenagers, Helmuth Hübener, Karl-Heinz Schnibbe and Rudi Wobbe did not fall into Hitler's trap. In July 1941, Helmuth invited Karl over to...

What I do after PT3?

As a high school student, I had been studying hard for three years for the sake of PT3. I believe the word 'PT3' scares most of the people, but I am sure that I was scared of it. Because of it, I sometimes stuck in depression as I did not have confidence and thought that I couldn't do well. But now, I finally can say 'I did it!' because I had already gone through it and it can no longer make me feel stressed anymore.       At the very moment where PT3 had ended, my friends and I walked out of exam room with smiles on our faces because we were really happy. To be honest, at that point of time, words definitely could not describe how excited and thankful we were. After gathering with my close friends, we went out of school hand in hand and walked towards a restaurant to have our lunch together. It was a memorable lunch. During that lunch, we talked about how proud we were that we finally finished PT3 and plans we should have during holiday...
